Credit & Collection Compliance Officer
(CCCO) Workshop
Saturday, July 10, 8: 30 a.m. – 4: 30 p.m.
The CCCO Workshop is designed for credit and collection professionals
working in a compliance-related position. This workshop lays the
groundwork for the CCCO diploma. You will learn to:
Define the roles and responsibilities of compliance professionals. •
Make risk assessments on operations. •
Handle complaints and disputes. •
Implement effective documenting policies, procedures and work •
instructions.

for attending, which can be applied toward the CCCO designation.
Professional Development Units (PDUs)
Earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) toward a Scholar or Fellow designation by attending convention sessions on Sunday,
Monday and Tuesday. You will earn 3.0 PDUs by attending the entire convention and 1.0 PDU/day for each individual day.
Earn an additional 3.0 PDUs by attending the Collection Floor Management Seminar, held on Sunday, July 11 •
(included in registration fee).
Earn 3.0 PDUs by attending the Credit & Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) Workshop and 6.0 PDUs for attending •
