ACA Announces 2014 Unit Certificate of Excellence Recipients

ACA International has awarded certificates of excellence to eight
units that submitted 2014 voluntary self-
audits and earned qualifying scores.
The Unit Certificate of Excellence
recognizes ACA-affiliated state and
regional associations (units) in the United
States committed to excellence in
membership, communications, education,
government affairs and general
operations. Unit successes are due to the
investment of time and talent by many
member-leader volunteers and, in some
units, local staff.
Following are the qualifying units and
their presidents as of Dec. 31, 2014:

ConServe Honored as Top Employer in Rochester Area
ConServe, an ACA member company in Fairport, N. Y., was recently named
No. 1 in the large-employer group on the
WorkplaceDynamics 2015 list of top
workplaces in the Rochester, N. Y., area.
The top workplaces are determined
based solely on employee feedback. The
employee survey is conducted by
WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a research firm
on organizational health and employee
engagement.

The Unit Certificate of Excellence self-
audit is intended to spark dialogue within
units about what components make up an
“excellent” local association. Units are the
foundation of ACA International.

service at the state and regional level is
vital to ACA’s ability to maintain its
respected position in the credit and
collection industry.
